Shipping

Fulfilment usually takes 3-7 days. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

ORDERS

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking shipment, email us at revestcreativellc@gmail.com.

How are your products made?

Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what shoud I do?

We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at revestcreativellc@gmail.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, photo of your shipment order slip, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. 

RETURNS

Do you offer returns?

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at revestcreativellc@gmail.com. 

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at revestcreativellc@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort it out.
